YATA operates primarily in offline mode. Tournament data (names, participants, results) is stored locally on your device using a SQLite database. No personal data is sent to third-party servers without your explicit consent.
If you create an account (email/password or Google), authentication information is managed by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). Only your unique identifier and, if applicable, your email address and Google profile photo are stored. You can delete your account at any time from the settings.
If you enable the "Public Tournament" option, tournament data (name, participants, results) is synced to Firebase Cloud Firestore to allow access via QR Code. This feature is optional and can be disabled at any time.
In-app purchases are processed by RevenueCat, Inc. No payment data is stored by the app. Transactions are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play depending on your platform.
You can at any time: • Export or delete your local data via "Reset data" in settings. • Delete your Firebase account from the settings. • Contact the YATA team for any questions about your data.
